Leftovers

This is going to be a really quick post, because I really must get going on my sewing, but I had some leftover paper daisies that I had already dyed, and some In Colours card stock pieces so I put them together in a quick birthday card.  I always need more birthday cards!  I can't keep up.  This is the result:

The card base is Lucky Limeade, and the back panel is from Nursery Nests DSP.  The three banners are made from Wisteria Wonder and Island Indigo card stock and the top and bottom are embellished with a strip of Lucky Limeade.  The sentiment is from SU's Time to Celebrate.


Inside the card I used a new stamp called Sprinkled Expressions.  So cute!



It's funny.  As a kid, I never liked left-overs, but as a mom who had to prepare most of the meals, I loved them!  All depends on your perspective.  From my perspective, the best left-overs are turkey dinner reheats.  What about you?
