It's been awhile since I last played with Pals Paper Arts and I just loved their challenge sketch for this week! Sunshine Wishes is one of the last items from my Annual Catalogue order that I haven't had a chance to play with yet and it fit the sketch by Linda Callahan perfectly. Take a look:
It was also time to use the gorgeous Blooms & Bliss Designer Series Paper again! I seriously cannot get over how beautiful the designs on this paper are, especially the one I chose for today's card, and when it is combined with the solid Rich Razzleberry and Gold Foil and Glimmer Paper - well, it just screams awesome! Can't you hear it?
- Between the Rich Razzleberry card base and the Blooms & Bliss Designer Series Paper, the Sahara Sand cardstock makes a nice neutral buffer.
- The horizontal element is shared by Rich Razzleberry cardstock and some Gold Foil sheet, just simple strips that don't steal the focus away from the hearts and sentiment.
- The Sunshine Wishes Thinlits created both the hearts and the love sentiment using Gold Glimmer Paper, Gold Foil sheets and Rich Razzleberry cardstock. These are the perfect occasion to use the Fine Tip Glue Pen.
- This would make a great anniversary or wedding design or a valentine card. How about a simple "I love you!" ? We really don't say that often enough, do we?
It's a very simple design really but very effective, due to the bold look of the hearts and sentiment with the elegant design paper. The Sunshine Wishes is a great little set to have and can make you up a great greeting card in no time!!
I'm very excited because the UPS man is coming by later today with THREE packages and I know what's in them! My preorder from the new Holiday Catalogue!! NEW TOYS!! #justlikechristmas
I'm trying everything out so I can make recommendations about what you should order when September 1 rolls around!
I'm also excited and nervous because I'm planning on trying out a Facebook Live presentation of my preorder reveal on Tuesday at 11 am and I've never done that before! Do me a favour and don't listen, okay? I know you're not supposed to worry if you goof up, but I'm worried that that is ALL I'll do! I'm sure that once I've done one I'll feel better, but that doesn't make it any easier!
Don't forget that August is when you must use your Bonus Coupons that you earned in July! All you have to do is enter your coupon code when you order on line or give me your code to enter for you when I submit your order! And one of the best things you could do for yourself would be to order the Thoughtful Branches Bundle. It's so beautiful and amazingly versatile and only available in August for as long as supplies last. Check out the variety of projects you could make with it here on my Pinterest board.
Click on the links below to take you to my On-Line Store, where you can read about, look at, and purchase if you wish, the products used to make this card today.
