All the Good Things in the Catalogue I will Miss

Continuing with my theme of the products I'm going to miss when they retire, here's one that I was so excited about when I first saw it in the current Annual Catalogue, but it will be retiring in June. It's called All The Good Things. I bought it originally because my hubby has a koi pond in the backyard and I thought it would make some great cards for him. While I made one or two good ones, I didn't use it half as often as I wanted to and I'm really sorry that it is retiring. I'm going to find it hard to part with this stamp set.

  • For this one I stamped the image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then coloured in the different areas using Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze and So Saffron Classic Stampin' Pads along with a Blender Pen. Using Stampin' Blends Markers would be another option.
  • Some Copper Trim adds an interesting effect to the bottom of the card under the sentiment, and I've used the splatter stamp from the also retiring Timeless Textures set to add some Copper Stampin' Emboss powder to the card and heat set it to add some copper texture.
  • The Rectangle Stitched Framelits die cut both front panels. They are one of my most often used die sets right now.
Some other cards that I made this year using the All The Good Things stamp set can be seen by clicking the caption under each photo:
