Lovely As A Tree for As You See It Colour Challenge

It's Friday! And an exciting day because of so many things! First, As You See It Challenge has a new colour challenge out and it's a gorgeous one! Here's the Challenge banner:

Don't you love it? You should see what the Design Team did with these colours! Pop over for a look and then try it out yourself!

Here's my contribution to the Design Team samples:

• I did some sponging on my Whisper White front panel. Pool Party at the bottom where the snow would be, and not a solid amount of sponging there. Flirty Flamingo at the horizon where the sunset would happen, fading to Pool Party, and then to Pacific Point at the top and edges. 
• I used the old faithful Lovely as a Tree set to emboss the woods in Silver Stampin' Emboss Powder, which is a beautiful neutral to use with this combination.
• I used a fine water spray on the sky area to simulate snowfall look. Then I added some very fine points of glue in the sky and along the branches of the trees and under each tree on the ground. Dazzling Diamonds Glitter was added to the glue and, though it's hard to catch in the photo, gives a beautiful glistening quality to the air and the ground, for snowflakes.
• The sentiment, stamped in Pacific Point ink, is from Oh What Fun. I'm really getting my money's worth from that stamp set!
