Tag Team Make & Takes for Customer Appreciation Night

 I'm deep into preparations for my last class of 2017!! Wow! How did that happen so quickly?? It's my Customer Appreciation Night and so it's more of a big deal than my usual Technique Nights. There is more food, more games and more prizes, plus special gifts for my Stamp Club Members. I'm looking forward to it, but I still have a lot of work to do.

Today I want to share one of the Make & Takes with you - a pair of tags featuring the Year of Cheer Suite from the Holiday Catalogue, which is in its last few weeks of service, ending Jan. 2, 2018. Many of the products in the catalogue are retiring and will not be available after Jan. 2, so if you've had your eye on something, I urge you to get it now before it disappears for good.

Here's a closer peek at these mixed metallic beauties:

• I always want to make tags wider than the 2" that will fit in the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch to make a tag top.  I solved that in this case by making a 2" inner core of Sahara Sand, sandwiched between some Year of Cheer Specialty Designer Series Paper and a backing of Whisper White, both 2 1/2" wide.
• Then I added a foil snowflake, one silver and one gold, with a Champagne Foil Starburst layered over. 
• The sentiments and their surrounding designs were embossed with Silver and Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder and punched out with the 2" Circle Punch which just fits inside the Starburst Punch. Season's Greetings is from Cheers to the Year stamp set and the Merry Wishes is from Oh What Fun stamp set.
• I've used the Year of Cheer Specialty Washi Tape at the bottom of each and the Metallic Edged Ribbon at the top.
