Welcome to our March NEW AT SU! Blog hop! We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world who are Hoppin’ with creative paper crafting ideas to share with you. Today we are casing the 2021/2022 Annual Cataloge but using Jan/Jun Mini Catalogue products. I'm highlighting the Artfully Composed Suite to case a design from page 77 in the Annual Catalogue.
Above is from page 77 in the Annual Catalogue.
This is my design using the Artfully Composed Suite to case the card above.
I cased the layout of the card on page 77 but changed the colours and the stamp set, using the Artfully Layered bundle to create the images on the front panel. Here's a closer look:
The 4" x 6" card base is covered with a Pale Papaya design from the Artfully Composed Designer Series Paper. The image panel is backed by a piece of Pale Papaya cardstock die cut with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Behind that is a piece of the Vellum Layering Designs that comes with this suite.
On the Basic White cardstock of the image panel, I've added images from the Artfully Layered stamp set using Pale Papaya, Soft Seafoam, and Sahara Sand ink. Then I embossed a series of the little leaves in gold embossing powder.
After that, I added several die cuts from the Tropical Layers dies, using Pale Papaya, Granny Apple Green and the Vellum Layering Designs again.
The sentiment is from the same bundle and is embossed on Granny Apple Green using white embossing powder. I used the Banners Pick a Punch to create the arrow shape for the label and backed it with two kinds of ribbon: a strip of the white frayed ribbon and a loop of the Pale Papaya Open Weave ribbon. The Faux Sea Glass embellishments are the final touch.
I hope you enjoyed this case of the Annual Catalogue using 2022 Jan/Jun Mini Catalogue products with the Artfully Composed Suite. Now please hop on over to Ximena Morales to see what she did with Flowering Tulips Bundle.
