Today I am hosting a Stamp Club Member's Appreciation event. I'm so excited about it! I have been working hard to prepare for the party. In fact, preparing for parties is something I really enjoy. I'm not an extrovert by any stretch of the imagination, and I sometimes find attending parties difficult, but, on the other hand, preparing for them is so much fun!!
I don't want to spill all the beans here, because I'm sure someone from my Stamp Club will be reading this today, but here's a sneak peek of some of the party decor and treats and I'll post a more complete look at it all tomorrow after the party is over!
- These little treat holders are made with the Fry Box Bigz L Die and my Big Shot! I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy these are to cut and assemble. Half a sheet of cardstock, run through the Big Shot, creased and only two areas to glue, means you're cut and done in 5 minutes flat! And they are so cute! There's so many things you could do with them. Just Google it and you'll see!
- I used a 2" circle punched from some All Is Calm Specialty Designer Series Paper as a background and then the large Snowflake Thinlit from the Snowflake Card Thinlits Dies to die cut a snowflake from Lost Lagoon cardstock and from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and mounted them with glue dots onto the box. Easy peasy!
How would these look on your Christmas tablescape as place cards? How about office treats for your coworkers, or Christmas goodies for your child's friends? Is your imagination going strong? Let me know and I will order you one!
And just because it's cute and I like clever ideas, let me share a piece of original, creative festive entertainment for the masses:
