I'm working on samples for my Catalogue Launch at the end of the week, and gradually getting through most of the major suites in the Occasions Catalogue. Today, I worked with the How Sweet It Is Suite (no pun intended) and had some fun with the lovely colours featured in the How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper, which I've used in my card. I decided I would play along with the Just Add Ink Challenge this week, which is to just add something new. I haven't yet played with the Sweetest Thing Stamp Set and Framelits Bundle, so this is a new set from the catalogue and new to me, since I haven't had it out of the case yet.
Here's the #440 Challenge Banner:
Here's all the deets:
- On a base of Gorgeous Grape, I added some same coloured DSP from the How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper. Backed with some Silver Foil, I have a layer of Coastal Cabana cardstock and some same coloured How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper. I added a snippet of the Highland Heather Organdy Ribbon from the Sale-A-Bration reward, Organdy Ribbon Combo Pack, that you can earn with a $60 purchase from Stampin' Up!, for example, the Sweetest Thing Stamp Set and Framelits Bundle that I am featuring today will earn you enough to get this combo pack free.
- Then it was a matter of stamping images from the Sweetest Thing Stamp Set, colouring them where required, and die cutting them where possible with the Jar of Sweetest Framelits Dies.
- The gum drops and jellybeans were coloured with Stampin' Blends and fussy cut before adhering to the jars with glue dots because there are no coordinating dies for them.
- The sentiment and label are from the same Sweetest Thing Stamp Set and the label has a coordinating die.
Such a fun suite and there are more cute items to play with that I'll get into more tomorrow!

This is absolutely beautiful, Heather! The colours you've used are fabulous and makes me think of bubble gum and gum drops! I love your multi-coloured sweets and the touch of bling in the silver edging too, so pretty! Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink this week
