Welcome to our September NEW AT SU! Blog Hop! We love to share creative ideas from Stampin' Up! with you. Today we have projects featuring Better with Bundles, and these bundles are from our new Sept/Dec Mini Catalogue!
Since I've just been playing with it, I decided to use the Frozen Edges bundle which can be found on page 50 of the Sept/Dec Mini Catalogue. Take a look at what I came up with:
- I started with a cardstock base in Pool Party, measuring 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".
- I cut a piece of Basic White, 5 1/4" x 4", and stamped it with the sentiment from Frozen Edges in VersaMark ink and Pool Party ink, and embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder.
- Using the Silver Foil Sheets, I die cut the icicle edge for the top and the snowflake edge for the bottom using the edge dies from the Frozen Edges die set. I also die cut 3 snowflakes for the middle of the card front.
- The icicle edge was added to the top edge of the Basic White layer using Stampin' Dimensionals. The snowflake edge was added using Liquid Glue.
- The snowflakes were added in between using glue dots.
Please contact your Stampin’ Up! demonstrator if you have any questions or to make a product purchase. If you do not have a demonstrator, I would be happy to answer any questions about products, or the techniques shown here.
