It's time once more for the dreaded As You See It Challenges' Speed Stamping Challenge and this time Design Team member Jane came up with the great theme of Snowflakes!
The fussy cutting took quite a bit longer than I thought it would and couple that with embossing the sentiment in white on the Kraft paper, I only had 37 seconds left, for a total time of 9m23s.
- I've always loved kraft/Real Red/Old Olive/white as a Christmas colour palette so this ticked all my boxes.
- I haven't found a lot of occasion to use the Gingerbread & Peppermint DSP and time is running out on that, so this was the perfect occasion.
- I committed two no-nos when you're doing a speed stamping challenge: fussy cutting and heat embossing! I did get away with it, but it didn't leave a lot of time for anything else. Keep that in mind when you do your speed challenge entry!
- The sentiment is from the Snowflake Wishes stamp set, heat embossed with White Stampin' Emboss Powder.
- The fussy cut gingerbread snowflakes are popped up on Stampin' Dimensionals and topped with Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
