Beautiful Blues

Wanted to get my Thursday post up pronto so I still have time to play with the Paper Players colour challenge #112.  Here is my card:

And here is the challenge:

I wondered how well these three subdued colours would work in a card, but with some Whisper White for balance, they look really good together.  I used Everything Eleanor for this and did some fussy cutting of the flowers and the plaque.  It truly looks better IRL.
Thanks for stopping by and drop by again on Saturday, because I will be posting another installment of Crafty Clues by Heather - a video tutorial on tying a bow- and goodness know we need lots of those tutorials. lol

  1. Absolutely gorgeous, Heather! I love the textured border. The pearly centers on the flowers are the perfect touch! Thanks for playing with The Paper Players!

  2. What a beautiful card, Heather! I just love the pearl adorned flowers and that perfect bow. Thank you so much for joining us this week at the Paper Players! :)

  3. Hi Heather, beautiful card for the Paper Players challenged and what a great textured border.

So glad you had time to drop by and say hello. Aren't we blessed here in BC with the incredible weather September has been bringing. I'm loving it and so grateful it cools off at night where I am for sleeping. Carole xox
