Sometimes, a set meant for one thing can be used for something entirely different. Recently, I made a Christmas card from a die set that was used for all sorts of different ideas this summer. It is called Swirly Scribbles and here and here are some other cards I made using this die set. In this case, the Swirly Scribble die made a perfect wreath:
- I love the combination of Emerald Envy, Mint Macaron and Cherry Cobbler that is part of the palette of the Presents & Pinecones Designer Series Paper that I've used here for the background of this playful Christmas card.
- The font of the sentiment from the Oh What Fun stamp set is the perfect whimsical companion to the wreath. The Lots of Tags framelits fit the sentiment perfectly.
- The Layering Circle frameits made a great frame for the wreath and the bow came from the Pretty Pines thinlit dies.
- This is a simple card that is easy to assemble for a great mass assembly holiday greeting.
