I'm working on some decor items for my Holiday Catalogue launch on this Saturday, and one thing I have been planning on making ever since I saw the Pretty Pines Thinlit Dies, is a wreath of fir branches using them. So that's what I cooked up today.
I did a class this week using those same dies for this card:
Here's a close up of the wreath:
I used some of the thicker press board from some specialty paper I had and cut out a wreath shape. I die cut the large, medium and small lengths of fir branches from every colour of green cardstock in my collection, some colours a few more times than other. Then I used Liquid Multipurpose Glue and Glue Dots to adhere the branches to the base until the base was all covered. I added some of the Mini Pine Cones and Mini Jingle Bells for accents and tied a double bow using the Cherry Cobbler Silky Taffeta Ribbon from the Combo Pack.
And this is the last week of Special Offers! These deals will be available until Wednesday night, September 21! And don't forget that the Clearance Rack has been restocked as well. My pick would be the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies! So useful!
I am now only $122.21 from my goal of reaching 100,000 in sales volume by the end of September!!! From now on I will be numbering each order in the sequence that I receive it, so that I will know which one puts me over the top to receive a bonus from me!! And, of course, everyone cashes in with DOUBLE Papercraft Cat Points this month! Thanks so much everyone!
