Bookcase Builder for Freshly Made Sketches

Happy Monday! We have had my daughter and her family here all weekend and they are really sick with a nasty cough so we have been trying to get them better. They were on their first holiday in a long, long time and they all got sick! Isn't that ironic, and sad? By the time they got here, two of them needed antibiotics. Anyway, I hope they'll be on the mend soon. I managed to sneak in a little crafting time and wanted to enter Freshly Made Sketches latest challenge, since I haven't played with them in a while and it was such a cute and easy sketch:

I've been wanting to ink up my Bookcase Builder stamp set since I got it way back, and this is the first opportunity I've had so yay! I could see it fitting with this sketch. What do you think?

  • The Bookcase Builder set allows you to stamp the bookcase shelf separately and then add what you want to it. You can have a baby's room shelf, a toddler's room shelf or an adult's room shelf with many different possibilities for decor on it. You can have everything one colour per stamp or use Stampin' Write markers to get multicoloured images, although it's a little harder to get solid impressions when you use markers.
  • I love the sentiments for this set for the most part, especially this one. It's so true that it's the little moments that are sometimes the most memorable things in the future. I can personally vouch for that!
  • I used some Regals Enamel Shapes in probably some lesser used colours to add a finishing touch to the card.
