A Tin of Cards Project Kit

Since the first time the cover of the new 2015/16 Annual Catalogue appeared online, everyone I know has been raving about the cute little striped storage tin that was seen on the cover. It came in my first order and I've been waiting to find the time to put it together to show you. So I want to introduce you to the Tin of Cards Project Kit!

Along with the good quality tin in striped Mint Macaron and Whisper White, you get paper and embellishments to make 9 tin dividers, and 16 all occasion cards. You still need to provide adhesives of various kinds, the Tin of Cards Stamp Set that goes with the kit, StazOn Jet Black ink, Mint Macaron ink, Calypso Coral ink, Crushed Curry ink and Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

But that's where I come in. You could order the Tin of Cards Kit only and get a group of your friends to do the same, then I can come to your house (or you and your friends could come to my house) and I would provide all the extras you would need and we could assemble the kit together!  Then you would have 16 cards of your choice that you could customize according to your needs stashed away in this adorable tin, waiting for the next occasion that you need a card! (Envelopes are included!) The cards aren't difficult but the instructions are minimal, so you can watch a video from Stampin' Up! that will help or you can invite me to give you and your friends the extra guidance!

I will also be holding a class in my backyard gazebo on Tuesday, July 14, to put this kit together, so let me know if you are interested in attending that!

The cards that you see here are put together according to the directions given. Over the weekend, I'm planning on working on the remaining 12 cards and coming up with some unique designs, using the materials in the kit, to show you how it is possible to customize your cards. Look for those designs in my blog next week! But these are plenty cute if you just follow directions and you can switch the sentiments very easily!
