Bloomin' Love Bundle Sneak Peek

Well, finally! Here it is - my first sneak peek into the new 2016 Occasions Catalogue! I've had these products for a while now, but there have been so many Christmas activities and challenges that I just haven't found the time to play with them. But today I got out my Bloomin' Love Bundle*, which includes the Bloomin' Love Stamp Set and the Bloomin' Heart Thinlits*. I also used some of the new Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper*, the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack* and the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit*, so you're getting a whole mittful of sneak peeks!

These products will all be available for you to order when the Occasions Catalogue goes live starting January 5th. Also on January 5th, Stampin' Up!'s biggest promotion of the year, Sale-A-Bration, begins! During Sale-A-Bration, you can earn exclusive free products for every $60 you spend. And the Occasions catalogue will certainly make that easy for you!

Let's take a closer look at the Bloomin' Love Bundle:

  • First thing I'm sure you noticed is the intricate die cut heart you see here. This is a product of the Bloomin' Hearts Thinlit dies*. I die cut this one from paper from the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack*. Then I stamped the small flowers in two sizes on different designs in the same series (using Basic Black Archival ink) and die cut them using the coordinating thinlits. The stamps and the thinlits have handy tabs on them that allow you to line them up without guessing.
  • Do yourself a favour, though, and order the new Big Shot Die Brush* when you order these thinlits. I don't have mine yet and so had to resort to the Dryer Sheet Method to get all the little bits out of the heart (and the die), but I used one at the OnStage Local event I attended and it's worth its weight in gold, as it helps you get all the little bits out with ease.
  • The sentiment is from the Bloomin' Love Photo Photopolymer Stamp Set*. You will be able to order a die to cut out that banner from another framelit set, the Large Numbers Framelits*, but I don't yet have that, so I fussy cut it, but it is a very easy shape with which to do that. The Blushing Bride Satin Ribbon is from the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit*, as are the centers of the larger flowers and that adorable little bow paperclip at the top.
*These products are found in the 2016 Occasions Catalogue and will be available to order on Jan. 5, 2016.
Hope you enjoyed the sneak peek! And here's a peek at this week's Weekly Deals:
