Hey, Chick - Wanna Sneak Peek of SAB?

Well, I'm having myself a great time this week, taking a bit of a break from Christmas cards and playing with some of my new toys from the 2017 Occasions Catalogue and Sale-A-Bration Brochure! Today I want to share a stamp set that I think is going to be a real hit and it's one that you'll be able to earn free with a $60 purchase during Sale-A-Bration which happens January 4 - March 31, 2017. It's called Hey, Chick!** and I'm sharing it today in honour of two of my daughters who keep backyard chickens of various breeds:

• Hey, Chick has four images and three sentiments and I've shown them all here except one sentiment that says, "have a happy day!" I love the mop top chicken. Jaimie, my youngest daughter, says it's a kind of Polish chicken.
  
• The Designer Series Paper I used as a backdrop is the same as the paper I used on Monday. It's called Falling in Love Designer Series Paper** and this is just another example of its gorgeousness! It's in Sahara Sand here and I thought the flower stalks were about the right scale for the chickens!
• I've done some minor colouring of the images using Stampin' Write markers, specifically Real Red, Tangerine Tango, Sahara Sand, So Saffron, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight and Delightful Dijon.
• The Layering Ovals Framelits were used to die-cut the sentiments and their backings from
