I just finished getting my party packs delivered for my Catalogue Launch next Saturday, so I'm finally getting the chance to play with some of the new products that I ordered. One suite that I've been itching to delve into is the Expressions in Ink Suite. It's Alcohol Ink designs mixed with veins of gold on the Designer Series paper are just gorgeous and with gold accessories, I have more ideas than time!
This is the first one, based on a diagonal line separating two of the designs from the DSP pack, backed with gold and with an intricate die cut (from the Artistic Dies that are part of the coordinating Artistically Inked bundle) mounted on the card front. I'm loving this suite!!
- The more I play with this suite, the more possibilities I see. For example, the flower stamps that are included with the Artistically Inked stamp I can see loosely coordinating with the flowers in the die cut you see above. I want to experiment with that.
- There is a leafy branch die cut that I want to try with some of the paper and also the Expressions in Ink Ephemera pack with laser cut gold/white sprigs and banner outline shapes that are amazing along with some of the sequins I used on this card.
- The sentiment on this card is from the Artistically Inked stamp set. I stamped it in Versamark right on the DSP and added Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder from the Metallics collection and heat set it with the Heat Tool.
This morning on my Facebook Monday Morning Live video, I'm going to share a Stamparatus Trick for doing multiple die cut images quickly using a template. Be sure to join me at 11 am PDT and I'll post it here afterwards.
If you're not quite ready to get the best deal in the catalogue (that is, the starter kit this month - $135 for $206 worth of your choice of any products with free shipping) maybe you want to cash in on the next best deal: Hosting an online party and reaping enhanced rewards from Stampin' Up! from now until June 14th. If your party sales reach $300 before tax and shipping(pretty easy to do) Stampin' Up! will add an extra $30 to the Stampin' Rewards that you would already earn. At exactly $300, that would be 10% of $300 is $30 Plus another $30 is $60! Under normal circumstances, the higher your party total, you reach benchmarks where the percentage of the rewards increases, so when you add on the extra $30 it only gets better. When you host an online party, you only need to do the inviting on Facebook and take part in the fun. So easy. Let me know if you want to book one before June 14th.
If you live in Canada, and don't have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, I'd love to be yours. I can help you with ideas, get you catalogues and provide you with Stampin' Up products.
